COMMERCIAL INSURANCE SERVICES

Callagy Law has recently unveiled an approach to commercial insurance litigation that optimizes the potential for recovery while minimizing the risk to both the Firm and the provider.

The medical provider has the choice of having Callagy Law pursue Commercial Insurance claims on an hourly basis or under the new approach described below.

SO HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • CAN THE PROVIDER MAKE MONEY ON CLAIMS THAT WILL OTHERWISE BE WRITTEN OFF?
    Yes, that's precisely the idea.
  • CAN THE PROVIDER LOSE MONEY?
No, the provider never pays anything out-of-pocket.
  • CAN CALLAGY LAW LOSE MONEY?
Absolutely. If our recoveries are less than our costs and hourly billablel fees, we do not bill the client for the shortfall.
  • WHEN/HOW WILL THE PROVIDER MAKE MONEY ON THESE DEAD CLAIMS?
When the amounts recovered exceed the investment in billable time and costs Callagy Law has made to that point.
  • HOW MUCH CAN THE PROVIDER MAKE ON THESE CLAIMS?
That totally depends on the amount of aggregated recoveries vs the billable hours required to litigate them. Therefore, small dollar claims may not be worthwhile.

The medical provider never pays anything out-of-pocket, and only pays Callagy Law out of what is recovered. So, the medical provider cannot lose money and Callagy Law takes the risk of not prevailing.

Callagy Law pays up-front all court filing fees. In the event Callagy Law fails to secure any recoveries, Callagy Law absorbs the loss.

Callagy Law is paid only to the extent that the recoveries will support it, and all of the provider’s claims and recoveries are reviewed in aggregate.
