Callagy Law recently obtained an Award for one of its ASC clients on a spine surgery not listed on the PIP ASC Fee Schedule. This is a significant victory, since carriers interpret the NJ PIP regulations as suggesting that a surgical code not on the fee schedule is not reimbursable to ASC’s.
